Recently launched my B2B vertical SaaS, pouring my 20+ years of experience. Started with insta ads and received 140 leads, a lot of appreciation, in conversation with prospects. What freaks me out is the incompetent competitors shamelessly and brazenly asking me for access to draw inspiration so that they can improve their SaaS. A lot of these people may not be able to make it but a few who are lucky could zoom past me.
I have not been very lucky in life, I have seen success only in spurts and struggled for most of my life. I've built this working 14 hours a day for 8 months. I have used AI but only to quicken the pace of development, the business logic and workflow is purely my thought.
Out of fear, I have not given anonymous access to a free trial. What should be my approach?
