What tools do you use for building your startup?

When I started, I was convinced I needed serious tools from day one:
a “real” project management system, a wiki, detailed roadmaps, proper processes - the whole grown-up stack. Like Jira/Confluence/etc. But then I just felt overwhelmed with them not being simple at all.

Now I use:

Google Sheets for profound tables

Dokably as a single source of truth and collaboration with my team

Figma for designs

Loom for screen recording.

But now Loom is a part of Atlassian and I feel like I have to look for something else)))

I’m curious:

• What tools did you plan to use early on?
• What did you actually end up relying on?
• And which tool surprised you the most - positively or negatively?
