I have an invoice/receipt visualization service that displays graphs of users' invoices and receipts. Users forward an email to a dedicated address, and the parsed information appears on their webpage.
My original pricing model gave users 5 free invoices/receipts, after which they'd pay 19 EUR/USD per year or 4 EUR/USD per month. However, a friend advised me to focus on acquiring users first and worry about a premium tier later. For example by raising the free limit to 100 invoices/receipts.
The main cost for this project comes from the Haiku LLM parsing of the invoices.
