I'm a developer and I've spent the last few months building a CRM. Now that it's almost ready, I've realized I have no clue how to get it in front of the right people.
The idea is pretty simple. Instead of manually updating contacts, deals, tasks and activities after every meeting, you just type something like:
Met sarah from stripe, interested in Enterprise. Follow up neext thursday
and it updates everything automatically.
The problem I'm facing now isn't building it, it's finding people who would actually want to use it.
If you were launching a B2B SaaS like this with no audience and basically no marketing budget, where would you start?
Would you focus on Reddit, X, LinkedIn, cold outreach, communities, or something else?
I'd really appreciate hearing what worked for you, especially if you've launched a SaaS before.
