A friend and I built a small B2C SaaS (AI companion), started a public beta mid-May, and went live (paid-only, less a minimal free plan) on the 7th of June. We were so nervous, and then we had our first conversion, and then another on the 8th.
Right now, we have ~10 paying users, which is huge, even though there's such a long way to go. It really is so hard, and a lot of the time I wonder if this will really be worth it...but I'm doing my best to stay strong, and the 4 signups today (most we ever had in a day was 2) really lifted my confidence a little.
