The truth is most of you shouldnt be entrepreneurs.

(and this is coming from an optimist who desperately wants to believe in the best in everyone)

Most of you have a completely shit work ethic and don’t have what it takes to be an entrepreneur.

Very very few people have any remote idea of what it takes and most people can’t focus on the boring everyday work.

Most of you are all talk and you have no idea how much you cringe tf out of anyone doing anything for real.

You’re looking for outside validation and you have no ability to put your head down and WORK. You just wanna talk, watch videos, plan - it’s exhausting being around people like that.

At a certain point you gotta shut the fuck up and do.

I’m very social and have met hundreds of entrepreneurs over the years, and tons of people starting a business who have gone to me for advice.

I’ve mentored many people and the pattern keeps repeating itself.

The biggest bottleneck usually isn’t intelligence, funding, connections, creativity, none of that.

It’s literally JUST work ethic.

THATS IT.

The rare ability to put your fucking head down and work.

STFU AND DO 😤

I’m not talking about being “busy.” I’m talking about sitting down for hours of deep focused work without someone telling you what to do.

That ability is incredibly rare even with entrepreneurs.

A lot of people say they want to build a business and they talk about ideas nonstop.

But that’s all they do. Talk.

It’s disgusting really.

One thing that’s surprised me over the years is how many people unconsciously carry over an employee mindset. They expect effort to automatically produce rewards and when it doesn’t immediately, their energy dissipates.

Sometimes you work relentlessly for months or years before the results show up.

That’s the game.

If someone needs constant encouragement then they just shouldn’t be an entrepreneur.
