Every week I receive emails from indie hackers with success stories which are very motivational but somehow make you feel very small compared to them. I always think about how many SaaS don't even get registered users or, if they get users, how many of them never get the first subscription payment.
Then there is another group where I'm now, the ones with new users every day but just a few subscribers.
And then the group with the ones who can live from their SaaS. What's that percentage, 10%, 5%, 1%, or even less?
