I am looking to start my first SaaS business, my first idea was to do a scheduling and route planing for shift workers, for example a bus company. I already started this last year but ended up discontinuing working on it as i didnt see where it could go and reached a point in my limit to be code it, i was mostly using AI. My other more recent idea is to make a software to book appointments for barbers and have to leave a deposit so if they dont show up for the haircute then the barber doesnt loose out on revenue. Any ideas on what i should focus on now?
