Has anyone here launched a SaaS that took months before getting paying users?
I'm feeling pretty discouraged. Building was hard, but convincing people to actually try the product and especially pay for it feels even harder.
I'd love to hear some real success stories:
* How long did it take before you got traction? * What finally worked? * How did you convince people to trust and pay for your product?
Sometimes it feels like everyone is interested until it's time to pull out a credit card.
