Over 1400+ users signed up and 2K USD in revenue

I've been working on SaaS for over a year, and the first two months i had only 1 customer (the guy was loyal af - was on the weekly plan for a long time), looking around everyone is hitting 1k in first month and 10k in third, so i wanted to share my side of story about Sonar (this is the SaaS)

To share some insights into how this one grew.

For context: This is a idea generation tool, it takes in your input about audience group (say new moms) or an existing product (say google analytics) and it then downloads conversations about people who are talking about pain related to it and then filters for relevant stuff and then generates a idea based on the pain, so essentially a Painkiller Idea Generator.

My approach included:

* Reddit posts

* Posting on X

Best one: Reddit

After launch, I focused on X first for the first 2 months. Got 1 customer in the first 2 days but then was nothing for 2 months, then i discovered reddit marketing via one of Starter Story videos and then started marketing on Reddit.

* Roughly 1 Year Since Launch

* Total 10 Payouts till now

* 2k Total Revenue

* Stopped marketing in December and since then have avg roughly 100 USD monthly and now moved to Karmo a reddit marketing tool based on my experience (Life's a full circle eh)

Suggestion:Dont get stuck on a single marketing channel like me, when starting try out everything you can to see which one gives best Result.
