Our highest-priced plan just got its first customer. And it feels different.

We already have paying customers at Prefer.

Today we got something that felt different.

Someone became our first customer on our highest-priced plan.

$399/month.

No discount. No custom pricing.

They saw the plans, looked at what Prefer does, and chose the most expensive one.

Honestly, this feels like a bigger validation than our first customer.

The first few customers tell you:

“Someone is willing to pay for this.”

But someone choosing your highest tier tells you:

“Someone sees enough value here to pay significantly more for it.”

That's a pretty powerful signal when you're still figuring out pricing and positioning.

We obviously have a long way to go.
One customer doesn't prove product-market fit.

But it's a damn good signal.

Now the interesting part: figuring out exactly why they chose the $399 plan and making sure we can repeat it.

For the founders here: what was the customer/revenue milestone that made you feel like, “Okay, we are actually onto something”?
