One skill that stopping many including me.

Many have ideas in their head but they either never execute them and just feel proud of their idea, that's it, or they execute but get stuck in a loop of perfection and loss of courage, so they never publish.

I fell into the second one for more than 3 years.

I built multiple projects, many great SaaS products, at least that's what I think. I built MenuOs, Tem, JobStudio, Petgharcare, and recently ShipClawFast.

I never launched any of them except ShipClawFast till date. Yes, this is not because I don't have the skill, but the lack of courage and being stuck in a perfection loop stopped me from publishing.

I was always scared people might say it's stupid or that this idea is never going to work, etc. Sometimes I even thought those designs were ugly.

I almost published Tem.
Btw, Tem is a voice-first super minimal expense tracker (MET). I reversed it and named it Tem.

But on the day of launch I got really scared.
What if the design is so minimal and people think: is this the app I need to pay $4.99/month for?

That scared me a lot and I moved that project into my draft folder.

I know many people have their own project drafts folder in their systems.
Many ideas are buried there.

I don't know about others but mine has quite a few.

Even today I don't know whether they are worth it or not because I never published them. No one sees, no one judges — this thought stayed in my mind and never left.

But financial problems made me tough enough to finally take the courage step today.

I am not jobless. Until January I worked as a co-founder of an MVP agency and we delivered 25+ projects, and they are running well. Around 25-35% of those projects are still doing great.

But after a betrayal from my co-founder, things changed.

He was quoting one price to the client and conveying a different price to me. He is a kid but good at marketing. He took care of all the client communication, marketing, etc.

I used to build the product and deliver the code to the client.

Once, in a direct conversation with a client, he accidentally mentioned the pricing. That's how I caught it.

I left the agency and after a few days the agency itself got shut down.

I started building my own projects. Maybe the inferiority complex inside me, and not having direct communication with clients, made me lose that great opportunity.

The same thing happened with my personal projects too.

Now things have changed.

Money problems led me to finally take the courage to publish the projects I build.

I saw the OpenClaw boom and I have been using it since its launch. I thought of creating something like SimpleClaw.

But there are going to be many people who have ideas of building SaaS around OpenClaw, but since they are non-techies they can't do it. Their ideas will be buried the same way mine were in drafts.

I thought this should never happen.

So I built the OpenClaw SaaS starter kit called ShipClawFast.

What exactly is ShipClawFast?

ShipClawFast lets almost anyone launch their OpenClaw SaaS business in minutes.

This is the beauty — now anyone can launch an OpenClaw SaaS and let their users deploy OpenClaw in less than a minute.

Yes, recently people have been building things called OpenClaw wrappers. But instead of a random generalized agent, you can literally alter your agent — say a trader, real estate agent, or sales executive — and let your users use the agent for their growth.

You can own your own OpenClaw SaaS business in minutes.

The dead-simple documentation lets you build it super easily and customize it in your style with AI integration. That's the beauty.

Coming back — I took a step to publish and yes, it's live.

I got my first customer even before the launch of ShipClawFast with AI Studios.

Currently I have 3 customers as of 13/03/2026.

Hope you all get the courage to step up and start building and selling beautiful SaaS businesses.

I have a lineup after this. I will be launching my draft projects one of the other soon.

also as AI is getting so good. I didn't write this using AI. I just checked the grammar. I am confessing that no AI is been used.

thanks for reading till now. Happy life, happy building!
