Today I manually went through around 200 companies from a lead export and realized something slightly painful.
Almost none of them actually fit.
Not because the data was wrong
because “looks relevant” ≠ “can realistically buy”.
Some were too small to afford it
some had no team for it
some were in industries that would never need it
I spent more time deciding who not to contact than writing emails.
It made me think.. maybe bad reply rates aren’t copy problems, they’re targeting problems.
We use tools that help us achieve this. Is there anyone who uses AI to do research on bulk contacts?
