I make short animated videos for companies.
30 seconds. Simple visuals. No jargon.

And I keep seeing the same thing happen:

Customers who were confused for months suddenly get it instantly.

One client told me:

It made me realize something:

Most companies don’t have a product problem.
They have a communication problem.

So I’m curious:

If you understood a product in under 30 seconds, would you be more likely to care about it?

Or is confusion just part of the deal?
