I am the founder of Fotocaja. I post this topic because I think I'm a little bit nervous and get lost. I have already posted few topics on Reddit about my app, post on launching sites, tell it to friends. But the result still not my expectation, it's about 20 visits app per day, but only few user create project to try it, mostly user just scolling the app. I don't know what I do wrong? What should I improve. Everyone here always say that: find an idea to work on is hard, make it works is harder, find users even harder. And now I'm facing this issue. That's really nervous, since to focus on it, I just decide to quit the job and work on my app fulltime, sound crazy. But it will never as my expectation if I don't spend more time on it. Hope to hear some advices from you guys, I don't know what should I do next to have more users.
