I launched my passport photo tool about a month ago. Since then, my daily routine has been opening Google Search Console, seeing 20–25 impressions and basically zero clicks, and closing it again.
Today, someone in the US paid $7.99.
I stared at the payment notification like, “Who are you? How did you find me? Are you real?” 😂
I think they might have come from Bing, but honestly, I have no idea. So my first customer has also taught me that my attribution setup is terrible.
It’s not life-changing money. But going from “I built a thing” to “a stranger paid for the thing” feels pretty unreal.
Anyways, Im superrrrrrrrr happy. I really cannot believe this but this here I am😭
Did anyone else get their first sale before they had a clue where their traffic was coming from?
