i finally crossed 300K+ users on my SaaS

I run a video AI tool (long -> short, + AI editing + some text-to-video stuff).

we got a pretty huge influx recently from some UGC creators and rn the userbase is 315,000+ users.

I'm pretty sure it wouldn’t have happened if i didn’t do these 5 things:

SEO - we're almost top ranking at "long to short video" - since our h1 has been this for a long time, it gets us 24/7 organic signups
Creators making videos - we have had a lot of creators make videos about using the tool (mainly short form) - videos get 500K-800K views & it gets us 10K users easy, it builds trust
i built my own distribution channels - now since my platform already makes & edits videos, i started runnning \~20 channels on automation - they act as demos, show platform's capability & bring inbound users.

I hired my users - clippers use the platform to make clips, we have a banner that says, creators/clippers make videos for us & earn in cpm". i also run affiliates.
Team started posting - we set a rule to take out 20mins/day and start posting on any platform about anything, tech, GTM or product. We are not trying to be influencers, we’re just increasing the odds that the right people discover us.
