I’ve been building my SaaS for nearly 5 months now and honestly it’s starting to get frustrating seeing almost no customers come in after putting so much time and effort into it.
I genuinely believe the product solves a real problem, and I’ve spent countless hours building, fixing, improving, and trying to make everything look professional. But now I’m trapped in the part where I actually need people to use it, and that’s been way harder than I expected.
I’ve tried posting content, talking about it online, and improving the product constantly, but growth still feels extremely slow. It feels like there are so many SaaS products out there now that getting attention is harder than building the actual product itself.
For people who’ve successfully grown a SaaS before, how did you get your first real customers? What actually worked for you in the beginning? And what would you focus on if you had to start over today with zero audience and zero traction?
I’d really appreciate any honest advice because right now I’m torn between continuing to push harder or realizing I might be doing something completely wrong.
