I thought I learned something from my last failure.
I've been trying SaaS since 2025 and I failed.
What was my mistake?
I focused too much on technical things. (I am a programmer).
So this time I changed my mind and did it another way. This time. I built an SNS channel first.
And I focused on content generated from my app.
I chose an app that can make contents endlessly. so I can post them every day without too much effort.
I thought I succeeded. Because I get 40K+ views each day from my social media.
But when I checked my GA dashboard, I could not see traffic coming. (1-4 people visit my website daily 😢)
App download? It is even more difficult. I installed 100+ SEO pages too. (I know it is a small number, it is for a test) The result was 6 clicks over the last 3 months. Huh... It's been 3 months now. My app is a B2C play with a low AOV (Average Order Value), but I'm barely getting any traffic. 😮💨
