I have no doubt that within 2-5 years anybody will be able to generate any SaaS at the snap of their fingers. Just look at how fast Claude is moving already compared to 1 year ago.
I want to see what everyone else is doing to survive the AI wave where customers are eg mid 20s - 40s, and have a semi understanding of AI to build their own SaaS.
For our SaaS, we collect vast amounts of data, added progress trackers, gamified the experience more. But that's only half of it. We also operate in a highly regulated industry, most people will never get licensing for the industry so we're safer than most.
What are ya'll doing to stay irreplaceable, or atleast harder to replace?
