Been building in public for a few months and kept hearing "you need to be on TikTok" but never did it because video production felt overwhelming.
Then saw a guy on X posting about using slideshows on tiktok instead of actual videos, I thought it was bs but tried it anyway.
I kept going. ended up with 200+ users from it, zero paid ads
What i learned is that the first slide is everything, you need to stop the user from doomscrolling and never share your prodcut first.
Always narrate a story in the slideshows and in the end share your Saas or app.
