Ok, so imagine this you spend three months trying to build something that you genuinely think can solve people's problems really easily, then you spend the next two months trying to promote it, and then you get absolutely "nothing". That was me a few months ago, and then randomly one night I just replied to one thread where someone was venting about the exact problem I solved, and to that reply I got seven other replies. This was the first time that I got any kind of attraction towards my product, and I was a little bit taken aback.
So, then I realized I've been spending so much time and money trying to pull people towards me instead of just showing up where I need to be. That's where I kinda realized that early founders don't have the budget or brand to run a real funnel, but we do know the problem better than anyone. That's the only advantage that we have.
So what I understood is the conversations are already happening somewhere right now. Someone is typing out the exact frustration that your beautiful little product solves.
So yeah, how do you guys find your first customers, just curious.
