How do you manage scattered internal knowledge across Slack, Notion, and email?

keep running into the same issue in teams where important decisions, discussions, and context get spread across multiple tools like Slack, Notion, and email.

Over time it becomes really hard to answer simple questions like:

  • Why did we decide this?
  • Has this been discussed before?

I’m curious how other SaaS teams currently solve this in practice.
