How do you handle feature requests ?

I have been struggling with managing feature requests from users. Emails, support tickets, and random messages end up scattered everywhere.

I made a separate site on a subdomain and built a small plugin that creates a public roadmap directly inside WordPress.

It lets users:

Suggest features

Upvote ideas

See what is planned, in progress, or completed

The goal is to avoid constant back and forth and make things more transparent for users.

Curious how others are handling this. Are you using any tools or just managing it manually?
