I have been struggling with managing feature requests from users. Emails, support tickets, and random messages end up scattered everywhere.
I made a separate site on a subdomain and built a small plugin that creates a public roadmap directly inside WordPress.
It lets users:
Suggest features
Upvote ideas
See what is planned, in progress, or completed
The goal is to avoid constant back and forth and make things more transparent for users.
