How do you approach direct outreach for early SaaS users?

I’ve been building Brandiseer, an AI app that generates on-brand visuals for businesses, and after reaching 50+ signups (some paying users), I’m ready to start doing direct outreach to grow faster.

I’ve already reached out to my current users for feedback and testimonials, but now I want to start finding new potential users, ideally in bulk.

For those who’ve done it successfully:

  • How did you start your outreach?
  • Who do you target first (by role, industry, etc.)?
  • What channels work best: cold email, X (Twitter) DMs, LinkedIn, or something else?
  • Any tips or tools for doing this efficiently without sounding spammy?
  • Where do you usually find groups or communities of people to reach out to?

I’m trying to do this thoughtfully, not spray-and-pray. Would love to hear what’s worked for you in the early traction stage.
