I've build booking SaaS for salons, barbers and such, who would actually need it. I know there's a need for it, at least locally in my country, but I'm having issues with finding first customers. Any tips would be awesome!
I tried cold SMS-ing, I believe out fo 300 SMSes I got 0 replies. Cold-mailing is little better, but usually just stupid answers like "unsubscribe" or just plain "no. regards".
How do I find at least first 5 customers? From experience, how did you start?
