How do you manage to "fight" the churn ?
I can't grow my MRR mainly because of my churn rate, which is at 45%.
I have 3 plans, middle one has 7 free days and is 95% of my sales.
My trial to paid rate is ok at 35%.
What is your best tip to avoid this huge churn amount ? People continue their trial but then churn, where could be the issue on my app ? More guidance ? Video guides ? Better user parcours ?
