Experienced founders: How do you sell expensive SaaS?

Just like the title says…

How do you get users( or should I say clients at this price level) that will pay 249$-799$ per month for my B2B SaaS?

(Note: this is the average price point of my competitors and it goes much higher as well, it’s B2B)

I know it’s not exactly high-ticket it’s just significantly more experience than 100$> subscriptions.

I heard I should be doing cold outreach on LinkedIn and email to get the first few users, upsell them later to the bigger tiers (799$-2000$+) and also work on organic to rinse and repeat

Real advice would go a long way
