Onboarding clients has been more painful than I expected. Lots of back and forth, missed steps, and confusion that turned into support work. I tried a few tools like Process Street, Rocketlane, and Content Snare to clean things up.
They helped in different ways, among them, Connexify is the one I've been using more frequently because it keeps everything simple, reduces follow-ups, and makes access and setup feel predictable instead of chaotic.
