Juozas Kaziukėnas posted screenshots of a ChatGPT feature called Business Hub that looks close to launch. He says it’s been in development since August.
What it does:
You verify you own your business (connecting Shopify is one option), then you get a daily chart of how many times ChatGPT mentioned you and how many clicks went to your site. You can also update product info and set up a business agent that answers questions with context you control.
What it doesn’t do:
No prompt data, no user data, no competitor benchmarks, no rankings. So you’ll see the numbers move without knowing which questions caused it or who you lost ground to.
My take: first party mention and click data from OpenAI is a big deal for anyone doing AEO, since right now we’re all relying on third party prompt tracking to estimate this (I use Profound). But on its own it’s a scoreboard with no context. You’ll still need prompt tracking to figure out the why.
