Chargebacks shouldn't be this easy...

So I've received a chargeback (well 3 actually) from a customer who didn't cancel his supscription, didn't ask for a refund, nothing. The evidence:

Did the cardholder cancel? Yes (-> no they didn't)

Date of service or expected service: Cancellation Date: 10/14/2025

Cancellation Reason:

10/12/2025

expected a one time payment not subscription cancelled

Was a cancellation policy provided? No (-> you can cancel anytime)

Did the cardholder attempt to resolve the dispute with the merchant? Yes (-> no)

No documents or evidence provided. Even in the description they say that they didn't cancel because they expected a one-time payment.

Why does a bank accept this chargeback request full of lies without any evidence?
