So i got to be honest here right now we are sinking but wanted to tell How we actually got to this , we launched our product in September with no experience on how hard marketing can be and started to post here and on thread but couldn’t get more than 10 customers
What changed then , we have checked our DB and got to know that a certain type of customers are using it mostly
We literally went to Insta start looking for those type of people with a simple approach
1) Firstly follow them
2) message format : We are following your content from quite some time , [and then there problem ]and then [how we are fixing it ], if they need we can [provide some credits for free] Frame this humbly but with utter confidence
3) Share sole purpose exmples 4) you can use ai till here to message them and then later talk to then personally
We iterated on message again and again until reply rate ended at 50 and converstion rate near 20 percent and then as we have provided them free credits we nudged them very softly at the end that if they feel we had solved a difficult problem for them , it will be great if they can mention us in there post
Some of them did but some of them didnt but this actually helped us a lot
We did whole 1000 from sales , but yay as we ended that we got down really down and right now planning on how to fix this with marketing
