Today I’m officially launching EdilSync on Product Hunt.
It’s a project born from a simple but painful observation: communication in construction sites is a mess. When you have architects, site managers, and contractors all using different tools (or just WhatsApp and paper), things get lost, delays happen, and costs rise.
My goal was to create a centralized "source of truth" to keep everyone in sync.
The biggest challenge so far:
Building for the construction sector means dealing with a very "tech-resistant" audience. I’ve realized that professional features don't matter if the UI isn't simple enough to be used in the middle of a busy site. I had to focus heavily on reducing friction during the development process to make it actually viable for the end-users.
