Barely getting any standard tier buyers for my SaaS

I would like some input, i run a SaaS for a digital passport for events. Been running it for about a couple of months now, but somehow the only real buyers im getting are enterprise clients even though ive done my best to make it super easy and user friendly for people to just set up their own digital passports for their events, so far ive gotten like 1 standard tier buyer and 4 enterprise clients. Enterprise is good cause they pay more, but it really needs my dedicated management support for them from beginning to end which consumes most of my time seeing that im running this solo.

So my question is, is this enough data to make an assessment and kinda shift the business from being like a SaaS to a managed kinda of SaaS that focuses more on enterprise clients and just accept it that way and hire people to help me manage it. Or am i too early and i should just keep pushing the SaaS model and see how it performs from now until year end?

This is my first SaaS so please go easy on me :)
