Hello everyone ! I think I chose the wrong business. I built something which helps people land more interviews 'adapt their resume to a job offer, full editor, AI assistance and all'.
But my target audience are people in vulnerable position "probably without a job" and limited income.
So I decided that whenever someone try to buy and their card get declined : Payment failed because of insufficient funds. to give them what they were trying to buy for free. has anyone been in a similar usecase ? where the buyers are vulnerable position ? what's the mindset to just ignore it ? I feel like I can't. this is the type of emails I send :
