I have been working on AI Agents and Automations which can connect to various internal data sources of a company, for example Jira, Confluence, Notion, etc and can be triggered using Slack, Teams etc
People can chat with the AI agents and can trigger automations like onboarding, ticket resolutions etc via natural language.
I have implemented this in a US based company and I want to know if there is an actual need of such solutions in other companies or businesses as well.
