A small milestone Im pretty excited about: dispose.lol just crossed 1,000 users.

I built this because I was frustrated with existing temp mail services. A lot of them recycle the same addresses, so when you try to sign up on a site, you often get "email already in use." Others are overloaded with ads or make it harder than it should be to get a quick disposable address.

My goal was simple: generate fresh disposable Gmail-style addresses that are easy to use for signups, OTPs, and verification emails.

I didn’t do any paid marketing. People found it organically, which was a nice surprise.

The most interesting lesson for me is that even in a crowded space, users still care about solving small annoyances well.

I’m still improving the product and figuring out what features matter most.

If you’ve built in a crowded market, how did you decide what to focus on? And if you try it, I’d genuinely appreciate any feedback or suggestions.
