$9.1 MRR. single digits. but i cried when i saw it.

i know it's not $10k MRR. i know it's not impressive.

but 3 months ago i had zero. no users, no revenue, no idea if anyone would ever pay for what i built.

today i have $9.1 MRR and $32.9 in total revenue. up 4% from last month.

i sat alone at my desk when i saw that number go up and honestly got emotional. because it means at least one person out there thought what i built was worth paying for.

nobody talks about this phase. everyone posts the $50k MRR screenshots. nobody posts the $9.

this is what the real early stage looks like. messy, slow, scary. but it's real and it's mine.
