I own 50% of a residential lawn care franchise location doing $50k-$60k in mrr. With about 250 weekly recurring clients.
I used my last few w2 paychecks (we are S corp) and hired a react software developer to rebuild a hiring/ats software we use to build around the features we needed and they didn’t offer.
It was built with the idea of taking it to market, it’s essentially fully built out.
I’m confident in my go to market sales strategy and using my network with my industry.
But I guess I’m looking for any advice for a non technical founder. I really know next to nothing about coding or software other than I wanted it to be done in react cause that’s what our CRM (for billing and routing) we use was built on. I don’t wanna get in over my head just because I had one successful business.
