2 weeks from launch, 25k left, and no funding yet

Since June, I’ve been building a SaaS product with my own savings.
I’m not technical, so I’ve hired engineers to build it while I focus on strategy, UX, and GTM.
So far, I’ve spent around €35k and I’ve got €25k left.

I’ve been building in public on X and got early users from it.
The feedback’s been strong. There’s a real pain here.
But the product still needs refinement before what I’d call a true launch.
That’s coming in 2 weeks on LinkedIn and a few key communities.

Then, in early January, I’ll start raising a pre-seed round.
If I can’t raise in January, I’ll only have a few months of runway left, and then that’s it.

I’ve never felt this focused.
When every euro counts, you cut the fluff and build what matters.

Has anyone else gone all in like this before raising?
