I built ai-law-tracker because I thought AI laws were going to become a huge problem for startups and companies.
The site has around 2.5k visitors now (just in a week), but still has 0 sales. I even dropped the starter plan to $5.
At this point, I do not think the problem is traffic. I think I am either getting the wrong visitors, explaining the value badly, or building something people will only care about later.
The hard part is that I do not really have the luxury of waiting. I am running out of money for the tools I use to keep building.
If you saw a SaaS like this, what would make you pay for it immediately? What feels missing or wrong?
I do not need people to tell me I am a failure. I already feel that way enough.
What I need is honest advice from people who understand products, SaaS, or marketing better than I do.
If you think the pricing is wrong, tell me. If the landing page is confusing, tell me. If you think I am attracting the wrong audience, tell me.
I am trying very hard to make this work, and I think I am too close to it to see clearly anymore.
