So I got my first customer on my vibe coded product that tracks texas gov mowing bids and ytd I have 1 paying user with 6 users currently on the free trial but it seems unlikely they will convert just because they aren't too active on the platform they seem to sign up look around then not comeback. My software does solve a genuine problem In the mowing/landscape space other softwares charge 50-60 bucks to look at bids in their state I charge $30 I run email marketing campaigns targeting companies that bid this type of work and I still don't get sign ups that convert this month so far I've had 2 signups that have not converted and their trial is up and they're not real active. I make content on instagram but it gets no likes and I make content on TikTok that's also stale. on the bright side I started doing demos and after enough emails I have 3 lined up tommrow im gonna see if that will convert them faster. I understand the audience I want to target I just don't know if im doing something wrong I mean if their wasn't a need for this service then I wouldn't have a paying customer sign ups and demos right? my goal is 100 paying users by dec. Feedback is wanted.
